Registration Form

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Register your school/college online to get speedy response.
  2. Without Full Time Teacher In-Charge students cannot participate in any competition of Eklavya Mitra Mandal.
  3. Your registration is provisional and subject to the payment of fee.
  4. Draw the DD of fee amount in the name of ‘Eklavya Mitra Mandal’ from any Nationalised Bank ONLY, payable at Gadchiroli Distt. Gadchiroli (Maha).
  5. Please take two prints of your Acknowledgement.
  6. One Acknowledgement, List of students participated and original DD must be sent on the address of Eklavya Mitra Mandal office.
  7. You can pay fee in CASH at the office of Eklavya Mitra Mandal.
  8. For CENTRE of the competition please contact Eklavya Mitra Mandal Office.
